    hi

    my plants always come up even with the lead waights i use

    they are all live amazon plants

    is there a trick to keep them tight in the gravel?

    For plants that uproot you can tie them onto wood and rocks with fishing line..this helps..it's the only success i have had...if they are larger rooted you can place large heavy rocks around the base of the plant that is burried in the gravel and it should keep em for the most opart from coming up

    Do you have any structure in your setup???

    i used a combination of the methods you mentioned to me and all my plants are down

    thank you so much for this help,i love the way my tank looks now and so much less work

    i will post some pictures this afternoon for you guys(Of Tank Shots) lololol     sunny

    Hey

    For my fish store I tiestrapped all my plants too the inside of a platic planter container and filled with the same gravel from the tank and with assorted rocks from inside the setup...I'll try too post a couple pics of them when I pop onto the laptop later...cheers!
