    metal,the pond has a DIY filter thats quite insufficient for a tank of that size,but the powerhead do move the water around and i am sure the pond will do just as well without a filter with just an airstone.
    cam,i didnt see any program on the goonch,havnt been watching too much TV lately.
    pulling a man down is an exaggeration i think but they do have an annoying habit of getting under rocks and wedging themselves there once they get hooked,esp in the fast flowing rocky himalayan rivers.most people dont eat them coz they are supposed to eat corpses.
