    big knives rate high on the foodfish market and are among the costlier ones too,small ones arnt any good ,just a mess of fishbones.dont buy anythin less than 18inches length

    crabbygirl,i cant think of anything else that tastes like it. the ventral regions are quite oily in bigger ones.

    I saw at my local fish market 2 footers frozen for sale

    The guy who runs the market says they are DELICIOUS!!!
